As long as the chassis is not bent, and looks to be in good condition overall, get it and rebuild it from the ground up with esencial upgrades, just a thought.

Or simply plan the parts you think you require as you run it, and upgrade as you break them ..
Simple.
Sounds a good deal, if it runs and works OK.

200 sounds good..check the motor for compression,but at that price it leaves wiggle room to upgrade and do things the way you like..make one of your first purchases a killswitch..
