i just bought this car and have a technical question about the transmitter, not addressed in the owners manual. this is the 2.4 version. is it routinefor the green light on the panel to be blinking while the radio is on, in addition to the red light? i would have thought the green would also be solid.:)
 
i had this once not long after first using it (not sure if yours is for the same reason though), i removed the crappy cheap batteries and replaced them with some Duracells. power light was constant then, and when they eventually became too low, the red light would begin to flash..

edit: mean't to say, i also had this flashing business on a 2.4GHz Losi handset, when it was first switched on, the green light would flash as it was, according to the manual, "pairing" itself with the receiver... is your transmitter constantly flashing, even when in use controlling the car?

hmm, perhaps it's meant to do that all the time then... can u put a pic up of the handset so other members can see it, someone may have an identical one and be able to help.
