fist off ,hi guys this is my first time on here , well i have a km2 2speed have had it for about 10mths with no problems , i had it on the beach with sand paddles and it went great but it chewed the clutch out , well i have replaced it with a 8000rpm one and and i cant get it to move once running have also checked the owb and it seems fine key still there , also checked if the diff or axel broken nothing there either does anyone have any ideas

i had the same problem when i changed my clutch . it was do to the bolts being alittle snug in the holes. so i took a roto zip and filed down the bolts where they go in the holes alittle and now it is just fine. ( don't file to much)

check your clutch bolts, make sure your using the correct size bolts for the clutch some use 8mm bolts and 9mm bolts on others, also check that the shims, and spring/thrust washers are in place

I agree with Chitown here, if you did not get the new clutch bolts with you new clutch and used your old ones "yep yep yep" Happened to my son on his T-1000 and with that when i needed a clutch on my baja we did not make the mistake again !!!

yah theres a couple things there to look for. is the clutch holes right size, is the bolts fiiting right on clutch. theres a 9mm and a 10 mm bolt, ya have to make sure you have right clutch for the bolts to work. sounds like the bolts are not matching the clutch holes and binding not letting shoes fling out on bell.

i thought it was 8mm and 9mm?

my bolts were the bolts that came with my new clutch and were alittle tight. it just seemed like all i had to do was get the paint off the bolts to make them free.
