Final Verdict!!
After a dozen e-mails, 30+ pictures and a few videos there was no answer as to why my setup was doing what it was doing. John from Detroit Performance said i am the first to have such an issue. That is just how my entire year has been really so is what it is. Detroit Performance issued an RMA and it is on its way back to them.
I wanted to finish it for my vacation in the desert but as of now i will just box up my expensive paperweight with a very expensive Taylor Transmission. I'll keep an eye out for someone who does an install video or a write up to see how theirs turns out and wait till more Kraken or aftermarket options are made.
