Let us know how you made Dgi steering links and 7075 diff housing play together
Sure thing, just took pics, I'll get them up later...it's pretty simple...

Ok, So here's what I did for the DGI upper links

I used an old MT hinge pin cut down

(it's fully cylindrical and doesn't have center part thinner like the stock X series ones)

Then cut down and acid brush tube to size to keep it from sliding back/ forth

OlFart said he will be creating a top plate at some point.

I'll be talking to him about creating an AL insert like the black pin holders,

but has a threaded hole in the middle instead slide in pin inset.

Then with a small spacer / washer/bolt it will remove the need for the other pin side on the top plate.

(I realized the nut was loose and tightened it before I ran...lol)

Next was the front sway bar and steering links.

The stock links have a bend in them so DGI links were almost touching the sway bar mounts.

My simple solution was to add another sway bar clamp (from spares box).

This brought the bar out enough that it won't rub.

The whole front end

Nice job on the red. Are those front tires? Any problem with the grip?
Thanks, red is powder coat on metal parts..

Yes, 5b fronts, grip is great in the grass, almost like MXTs.

Awesome!! man you went all out on this one! Nice job!
Thanks rampage idiot

Well I have been able to run about 6 packs through this build at my "bash and trash" spot

After several very violent downhill cartwheels ....

the verdict is this 7075rc build is rock solid!!! I even cartwheeled into the parking lot once and landed on lid.

Problems were non 7075rc related...

During a foward tumble, I yanked off my TBR bumper so I'm gonig to send a pic and hope they warranty it.

Other problem is the damn wing and mount...I'm going to try and make some carbon fiber brace plates to attach to mount, similiar to the ones BigFol did on here a while ago.

Maybe someone can chime in on the most durable plastic wing out there?

Photos of some fun ....can u say divit?...lol

Ran into a drain area filled with leaves....
