KV3407 REPLACEMENT COLLARS FOR REAR UPPER LINKS - SET OF 2

Can somone tell me what this part is for, i checked my LSE Build and chacked all rear links and could not find where this belongs??????

I can’t even find that part number in the parts manual.

I may be blind but I don’t see ANY parts listed in the manual that start with kv34 even though on the exploded view there are at least 3 in the rear end alone. ???
