your seeing different motors Voo.

the 330 was for the bone stock G62s. the 999. is for the motor after it was modified and ported by SKOPED. IMHO, that bettter be some GOLDING FN portwork for 660.00 increase in cost of the motor.

for 660.00 in motor cost, damn thing better take off to the moon. that doesn't count the 300.00 modified clutch housing you can ONLY use a stock clutch shoe set on, and 200 tuned pipe unless you want to run the stock can.

the way i see it, is if you can buy a FULLY MODIFIED/CUSTOM BUILT Trevor Simpon motor for 700, and add 300 in aftermarket clutch, pipe, and billet flywheel housing, and have it mounted and running ready to go, before that same money can even get this motor to your door.
And im sure i can get the stock 62, send it off to be worked on, and get it back 200.00 later a raging maniac. so in an essance, one could get themselves a 62 monster for around a grand.

just buy the stock motor and have it ported. im sure it cant be no 600 plus in port work going on.
I just cant see many people really paying 660.00 in porting on one motor.

as far as bigger engines go my moneys on michael saxtofts watercooled 2 banger.
upto 4 hp from tickover & maybe 10 hp at the top end which incidentally revs to over 20k.................yes f****g please lol

i found out much info on these 62s today.

one the motor ARE NOT PORTED. the 999, is for all the work needed to make the 62cc baja friendly. the ports are all stock in this motor.

they have crank work (to fit the new clutch piece on the end) Pressure relief valve work to do so it can be pulled over, as well as a host of other things just to get it in the baja, custom billet pull starter, and flywheel work, ect...

so that does change the perspective a bit. still not rushing out to get one. lol

ive been following Mikes thread. not that the 62 work isnt innovative, but what hes doing with this twin is OUTFKINGStanding. for sure the one to keep your eyes on. but its a full custom unit from motor plate up and gasktank back (well for the most part anyways. there is alot of stock parts used in the rear end, but alot of custom items needed like the custom layshaft and motor plate ect..
