Only 2 weeks off now guys, if we don't get worthwhile numbers then we'll cancel it as I'm not having the people who intend helping out, giving up time and fuel money if nobody show interest.

Not enough people showing interest to turn up. I spoke to the guys who offered to help out and they agreed, you can offer to help people out but you can't force them to come - and some of the people on forums like this think they know everything anyway.
