leaking petrol tank sealent???

hi everyone.
Just one small query i have is, On my shengqi hummer the two breather pipes and the fuel lines where they go into the tank, the petrol seems to leak around the edges of the pipes. ive tried to silicone the pipes in to stop this happening it worked for about one run but then the silicone gave way so im just wondering if anyone has come accros this problem and have they any ideas on how to stop this as it looks very messy when the fuel leaks everywhere

Are you sure the pipes are not blocked or kinked?
There's a huge amount a vapour that builds up which has to be vented.

yes the pipes are not blocked its just coming out the area round the pipes
