Welcome to the forum. Did you build your shocks yourself, as in the SS model or were they already built? It might be as simple as tightening the cap.. Use the orange tool that came with it, the one to take of the wheel nut. On the reverse side it is used to tighten the shock cap
 
Are the Rovan direct copies of the HPI shocks? if yes, then i would check the orings in the bottom shock caps. they tend to go bad and leak fairly badly.


Many of us using SS shocks (6mm shafts) have purchased and installed the Threshold Umbrella seals. they have really helped those with leaky shock issues seal up and prohibit the leaks.
