DBXL Lehner 3060 on DBXL 2.0

Hi there, was wondering if anyone here has experience fitting a Lehner 30 series motor on a DBXL 2.0?

It appears the stock motor mounting plate will not work. I'm hoping to be able to use Lehner 3060 on the DBXL 2.0 with mechanical brakes. Was wondering if anyone got this to work? Any help will be greatly appreciated

@Sigie would be the one to look up. Hes big into e word conversions. haven't seen him around in a bit though. Search for his threads and may be from him a PM.

Edit: I think if I enlarge the orifice I might be able to fit the motor. However, I'm just not very confident the stock mount will be the best choice here...

I think he makes custom parts and you can maybe pm Haric on here maybe one of them can help out?I know this guy builds and designs some of the nicest parts and builds I have ever seen.He can most likely help you out too

Reached out to WheelMan, but was told they do not currently have any products for the DBXL. But it was a good start nonetheless

Reach out to Haric and scan the bottom of the factory mount so he has a copy of the mounting holes and thickness of the factory mount.Then measure the new motor and the mounting holes and talk to him.I am sure he can help you out.
