i highly recommend the lightened piston and lightened flywheel you'll definately have an rpm difference, and you get to shave some weight off our heavy trucks every little bit helps.
 
I thought about the flywheel but I will run 3 tanks back to back when its over 105 degrees in the summer. Would it still cool the engine?
 
If you want high RPM you need the lightened piston and the flywheel correct.


you will not see the a significant difference without zero drag seals ceramic bearings and Exhaust Port Timing raised above 175 deg but no more than 178.


Off the shelf parts like the piston and flywheel mod will make you feel better but without the port job matching your exhaust and track conditions . It will just be a ego thing.
