Not sure by looking but that fitting under the body of a 5T to me looks questionable.

I have done a lot of engine testing on a Dyno and air intake systems was one we had worked on for a long time , every one of those plastic air boxes made less power ( granted they were a stock airbox). Yes probably less intake noise but in this situation who cares. The first thing most of do... bolt on a pipe so at that point who cares about intake noise.

I would vote for putting on a pipe and maybe a good air filter and let it rip. The average Joe will never notice a difference.

Thank you.
I already have Olimat pipe (silenced). Just thought to add airbox if helps

Silenced or not that is a good thing. A good air filter is all you need. Sound from intake air in this application isn't going to matter.
Keep it simple. Good pipe , plenty of fresh air in and good fuel.

I am still running the stock filter with a Bartalone pipe(unsilenced) it runs great just the way it is. There might be a small amount of power in a different filter, but I probably would not notice a difference and clearance could also be an issue, so I just left it as it was.
I do not race ( yet, because my driving sucks) so it is plenty for bashing with some friends.
