I was going through my parts bin and noticed 2 clutches from different engines had holes drilled in them. 2 holes on each shoe. Ill post a ppicture tomorrow. Someone tried to make them lighter so it would take more RPM to make them engage. Im wondering if used with a 8k spring what they would engage at? Does anyone know how to drill the holes or were these shoes purchased predrilled? If its something I can do I'd like to.

Those are awesome! And a good price! I clicked on your link and also found the ones with the holes drilled in them. HPI high respnse pretty expensive. They are manufactured. I guess HPI drills holes in them in exactly the same spot on every pair. Right over the arrow directional indicators. You can still see the tips of the arrows. Id like to try those ones you found Obeast. You came through on this one again. Im going to jump around and make my Obeast face now. You know, Oh, Oh, Oh, ........you know..Oh.

Hahaha, I would thank Looker ( Bob) from LargescaleRC, when I was up there in April he gave me a heads up about them. When my Zen's clutch goes I will be trying one out.
