Thank everyone for your input I watched some videos of lipo fires a while back made worry so much I use to store in my wood stove. If you use ammo cans make sure you drill a hole in it to release the pressure in case of battery explosion or you just created a bomb.
 
I Discharge my reaction batteries after every hour run.
I use storage mode and discharge them down to 40%.
The reaction batteries have a tendency to swell and this method controls most of that.
I use the fire resistant Kinesis bags for storage.
