Why are these engines so temperamental? I have a 23cc in a 5b and was running super good it sat for three months, sun was out so I pulled the starter and fired up, off it wend the shut off. I say what the hell.
 
Did it sit with fuel in it? Could be temperature difference has affected the carb tune? Plug fouled? Old gas? Did it run long enough to get up to operating temp?

I feel for you, I am sure I am going to have a headache tomorrow when I dust of my gas boat that I left neglected all winter...with fuel in it...didn't pull the rx battery...didn't pull the prop flex cable...etc. Hopefully it's something simple and you get her firing quickly. PM me if you're still having trouble and I'll do my best to help you out.
 
I didn't sit with fuel in it , the plug is good, onboard batt is good and now its starting to rain out again for a week I guess, so it will have to sit another week. Frustration is starting to set in.
 
I feel your pain on that one...it's raining here, and will be most the week. I would say just try to be patient with the troubleshooting...you don't want to end up like me throwing things across the garage..lol. If you don't have anyone locally to help you out when the weather cooperates, I'm going to PM you my number. Nothing would add to the frustration more than trying to get "instant help/feedback" on here.
