What are the holes in the tread blocks of the tyres?
Did you have studs in them?

I ask that, as I still have my original wheels / tyres into which I do have the Kold Kutter screws fitted.

I got this truck used, and I guess the earlier owner had some ice studds in them at winter time. This truck was a MESS when I started working on it! Now the only parts that's not new are the tires, gas tank, rear now front diff, and servo plate

Tell you what, they work brilliantly as well.
My FG MT had little to no traction on GOOD surfaces, but with the Kold Kutters on, it was fantastic on ice and snow that I couldn't even stand on easily, wheelying off the line !!!

Yes, red backed with silver's very nice, which yours shows.
If you used a flakey silver, the effect's even better and shows up in sunlight.
