Looks like I have to shelve the MT for a least six months I got a little run time over Xmas but since the start of January I have been away with work. Just as I'm really starting to get a nice tune and set the truck up the way I want. I will still check out the forum regulary.

the truck will be waiting for you when your ready... i do it all the time, let it set for months... just charge the battery in install new gas and she's good to go. the break will make you appreciate your mt even more when you get her back out. :)

I set my down from early spring to Fall last year and Ron is right, It was there waiting, started up in 5 minutes after a battery charge and it was just like I never left. (but I sorta stayed clear of the forums cause it made me miss RC even more)

If anyone needs a rest, its prolly me, I just cant stay away though, even though its to cold to run my r/c's I am on here almost daily and buying lots of parts for spring/summer for hop ups....

:D

I thought this was another "Woman gives Ultimatum" thread. Good to see it's not. I've been following one of those threads on the Baja forum. Hilarious.

I'm not taking a rest from rc. I'm thinking of taking a Hpi baja ss with me as I would love to take my MT but feel safer leaving it home where i know its locked up. I would be gutted if it was to disappear.

Hell yeah!

Lived my life around models, they will always be there when you want them or need them. As long as they are properly taken care of and stored, they last forever. It's nice to have a balance. Winter months can be long which is why the simulators are great!! Of course you can run in the winter but some don't want to rust out their favorite model though.

like the guys said it will be waiting for you mine set around alot just add gas and charge the battery and go run them love it

As soon as I walk in the door I will be charging the battery. I've been rebuilding a Hpi baja 5b ss that I bought I will post some pics of it finished. Runs great but it's no 4wd MT.
