So while bashing I lost the exaust and needed to come up with something to help the pipe live to see another day.
In this next picture you see here, I used Mr. Gasket silicone glue as a seal to replace the gasket that covered the flange. I works great. I will use the red heat glue next time, but this is working fine.
This silicone gasket is from my nitro days and is used to keep the exaust from flexing.
