Wondering if anyone has made any modifications to a 5T with a Bartolone pipe to stop getting exhaust oil all over the left rear wheel? The way the pipe dumps exhaust right in front and inside of the tire leaves a black oily mess on the the inside of the wheel and the left control arms. Thinking about extending the tip lower and back further so the exhaust exits straight back instead of straight down. Anyone done anything like this?

I run the same pipe on mine, I just look at it is as part of the price you pay to play. I use a little simple-green and water and problem solved.
That is one of the drawbacks of the two stroke thing as well as nitro , but to me it is worth it.

I bought high temp exhaust tubing and added an extension to mine. Mine is a VRC pipe but was doing the same thing.
