Losi 5t 2.0 used in good condition or a mcd rr5 pro new?

I have a Taylor rc 35cc billet reed v2 that i would like to build around. The Losi 5t i can get a deal used for 800 in great shape with a engine, servos and 32cc Zenoah and pipe already in it. my other option would be a mcd rr5 max pro roller new not sure which one would be best. the 35cc Taylor is brand new.

I would do the rr5 much nicer and needs no upgrades plus you can paint your own body to your liking and add your own electronics. Get the one you like most losi is a good deal but sounds like your settling plus you don't know what issues you may find when you begin to go through vehicle

Go for the RR5. I wanted to compete, so I chose the RR5. I've already made a few upgrades and think it's a fantastic car to drive. Oh yeah, there are a lot of people around me driving a Losi, and I wanted something different. You won't regret it.
