I considered Vitabon, but I chose to make it myself because of the budget.
The pinion can be used from 13T to 25T.

And I expected weight distribution for stable driving.
There's a lot to build, but I'm looking forward to the 12-cell 5t of driving performance!
The overflowing power should be enough to bear the weight of mx43.

Thank motor mount looks sweet! Did you machine it yourself? Or just piece together parts?

I have the Max 4 set up in a Rovan LT. It is 100% beast mode. I used the Stupid RC mounts because I got a good deal on them.

This looks great.
I'm just concerned that the position of the transmission is at the top.
I'm curious about the driving performance of the max4.

I designed and processed it myself. The material is 7075 and it's anodized. I'll have to test it to find out, but I think 6061 is enough.

Very cool. With the WFO mount perpetually out of stock, you would probably be able to sell this. Do you have a 3D model file for it? Or have any interest in selling one?

If there is a demand, we also have a plan to sell it for users, but the battery and ESC mount design are in progress. It will take some time because it has to go through durability and design rationalization.
Also, I need to think if the price will not be too high considering the shipping cost, it's still in the beginning so please keep an eye on it 😁
The primary design of the current mounts is finished. Will start the next post soon!
And thank you for your interest.

Roger that. Btw, the motor mount itself is more of the holy grail because it must be able to handle the torque of the motor and any chassic flex with the diff gear mesh on landing. The battery trays and ESC mount is secondary, as there are several options, including carbon fiber. I even 3D print my own now.

If you want any beta testing, let me know. I have four 5ive based rigs now, lol.

Wow, four rigs? That's impressive.
Yes, I also prioritize the rigidity of the motor mount.
Using thicker materials increases rigidity, but it also raises machining costs, so I switched to a bolt-on structure.
I'm planning to conduct tests with members of my club.

Oh, and I also have a 3D printer :)
It's amazing how modern technology allows us to create anything we want.

And thank you for your kindness.

SOS, this thing drives awesome so far. I have not really bashed it yet but just testing out front here it drives very nice. This is the first brushless set up for me with the sensor stuff and I think it makes all the difference.

You're the owner of the 5ive-t.
I used to run on the xlx2-combo before.
I was quite satisfied with the smoothness and not the lack of output from the sensor motor, but I'm looking forward to seeing the max4-combo. 😁
