DBXL Losi DBXL not running.

Hey guys my Losi DBXL just won't give me nooo throttle at all. Don't know whats wrong, I am new to the 1/5 scale RC but love the heck outta em.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What are your hsn and lsn settings? Also is this a new buggy or used?

The lsn and high speed needle r good he idles well ,its gently used .The previous owner said he had to take off the black exhaust box and tighten up bolts ,then tighten up the exhaust blk box.It could be the filter i changed cause he was running fine with the stock one .Gotta check tomorrow.Will post if he runs or not.
