Hi there, new to the forum, I just got a dbxl a week ago, and my shocks are heavily leaking from the bottom, I am assuming it's the o rings that have worn, would some o rings from eBay be my solution perhaps? Anyone know of the size the o rings are? I don't particularly want to buy an entire rebuild kif. Do any of you use green slime on your o rings? And is it diff oil or shock oil that you use in these shocks? Thanks guys,

The DBXL uses diff oil.
If you want to use shock fluid instead of diff you can pick this up on ebay

You might want to get some stiffer springs too.

Cheers for the reply, the previous owner said it had 15 and 25 weight oil in the shocks, is that the same as 15000 and 25000 diff oil? And luckily enough it's got the upgraded Springs already :)

Any idea on the sizes of o rings?

Standard Diff oil in the shocks is 3k... Most recommend to up that to either 6k or 7k diff oil. I wonder if that oil was just too thick/heavy and that caused the leaks?
