I'm planning on rebuilding my diffs and using the Losi 5k & 7k fluid. Is the 1.3 oz. tube enough for each Diff on an MT? Do I use all of the 1.3 oz per Diff? I don't want to overfill the case. I've seen a lot of you guys using this fluid so I thought I would ask.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, what about the Team Associated fluid from DDM? Same quality I would think, do you agree? Also, I read 5k in the front, 7k in the rear diff. Sound about right?

i have used Team Assoc. 3k and 7k much improved steering response. no more than the cross pin... just touching the cross pin seems ample. the TA bottle from DDM will do maybe 3 -4 diff fills or so. lots of different packaging on the bottles and its kinda hard to tell.

I use Mugen diff fluid. I don't like to switch brands often, because the weights tend to vary a little. Like a Losi 5k might feel a little different than an AE 5k. Quality will be pretty much the same.

error on the brand name--> TEAM FACTORY and bottles are 59ml, (2 oz.) about 15ml per diff so definitely a few fills there. thinks this was DDM

I use the TLR 5000k. It is 30 ml and that will do your front and rear with a little left over for one more fill or top off if you had to pull a diff apart..basically its a one shot tube to get the job done.
