the baja 5b,s break all the time unless you throw alot of money at them and i mean alot

yep i break something every time i try to run it and i only get through about a half of a tank of fuel before something fails. it has been sitting more than running because of parts breakage and having to wait till teh first of the month to order parts of course this month i got the shaft because of some blls so this time my baja will be down for a total of at least 2 months.

i spent more then 10 times what there worth so i could bash the snot out of it whith out it falling apart all the time

yeah i get called out all teh time because people just cant or don't want to believe i break alot of stuff every time i take it out and after only a 1/2 tank of fuel however i don't care i know my baja they don't. of course one of the peeps that keeps calling me out has a vid showing the range of teh futaba radio systems however a quick call to futaba will tell you his vid is BS (futaba states the 4PKS radio has a range of 240 to 250 feet, i saw this on a forum today so i called up futaba myself and they verified the information of the 4PKS range)

I found the futaba 3pm had heaps of range on land and water

just letting you know i doublechecked what i had heard and futaba confirmed it. anyway back to the micro t's LOL

when i got mine i actually never intended to run it i just wanted to hop it up with full aluminum and keep stock electrics. i never did finish hopping it up because i never did find and real deals on the aluminum parts. the losi branded aluminum is to expensive for what it is and its size. you would think that alloy parts for a 1/36th scale truck would be inexpensive but they arent.

the 1/36 are much better in plastic and the alloy parts for them suck, no threaded screw holes and poor alignment and hi prive my mini e revo is better priced for what it is

A little harsh, but not far off the mark. The plastic parts are possibly better, and you're not snapping screws as you do (I have !!) in the alloy, not knowing how much more you can screw in!!
Al.

i never actually intended to run teh micro t just make it a shelf queen. most running it ever got was a couple of circles in the living room floor on the tile LOL

they will take ahell of a beating in platic form and can be loads of fun, brushless they are nuts lord check out some of my vids of my mirco t and micro dt

i'll check them out :D. unfortunately i did have one that was a runner with a brushless in it but i got rid of it teh tranny gears are in no way able to withstand a brushless system without locking it in some way which IMHO ruins it for anything more than drag car or a puller.
