Lost brass bearing from steering

Help, I lost one of the brass bushings under the front steering plate.


Does anyone know how I can get just the bushings and not pay $30 for the complete steering setup?


They are 10mm O.D. 7mm I.D. and 4mm wide.

Thank You. Would you know if that's for one bushing or two?

(it does state singularly "bushing" not bushings)

Two would be $14 and the whole part is $21!

I think its for Four Bushings. Check with Rob.....

Thanks, I sent him a PM.

In the meantime, I was able to use a hard plastic bushing from my HPI Savage parts bin that was 9.93mm O.D. with a 6mm I.D. 4mm thick!

I just used every drill in my index from 6mm to 7mm (I think 5) to gradually make the hole bigger and voila! I have a perfect temp bushing so I can run her today!

I found out what happned. The factory sent the worng bushings in the 07122-bushing bags. They were a different bushing. Redcat ordered new ones about a week ago. For now, you have to use the bushings that come with the plastic part 07117.

For now I'll stick with my temp fix since I will be breaking it down for a re-build this winter.
