I am posting this purely to make me feel better...I need to vent!
Two weeks ago I demounted my tarmac tires on my 5b with the intention of mounting my rear paddle tires and dune fronts. I had everything there, all the wheels, foams, beadlocks and those tiny little screws.
You would think If I lost something it would be one of the little screws right?
NO...I manage to lose a 5" diameter front sand tire that I know was right there when I left off taking wheels apart. I've looked absolutley everywhere except where this sucker is hiding...even checked the fridge..lol.
Although its just a rubber tire than can easily be replaced this sorta thing just drives me nuts...like misplacing your car keys. My shop is approximatley the size of a two car garage...all RC stuff and somewhat well organized...just don't see how it apparently vanished into thin air!
I thought to myself..."maybe the dog was playing with it" problem is the tire was on a 32" workbench and my weaner dog is 10" at the shoulder, just not possible...lol.
Anyway, I am posting a reward of 1 million beadlock screws to anyone who can lead to the reclamation of the magic disappearing sand tire.
C'mon guys..I know you need the screws!...lol:lol:
