lost need HELP

I have bought my sons a afterschock 8e and we love it fast and fun on the other hand i also bought a tornado s30 nitro in the middle of breaking in his motor i lost contol of steering and gas i was lucky to catch it with my hands. I can take the batteries out and put them back in and have controlls again but i turn the switch off on the buggie i lose power again.If i go and remove batteries again i have control i don't know whats wrong if u guys can help it would be a big help thanks

This comes with a 2.4 system, right? Is the receiver battery charged? If it is, you can try a rebind and see if that helps.

yes it has the 2.4 system and also put new batteries in
