i just realized i lost the lower front spring retainer over the weakend bashing session. AND YOU CANT BUY THEM!! i went back to look but nothing. i don't want to put hpi's on couse i heard they don't fit right. what should i do?

also i put the hpi front shafts on the rear and they worked great, but "catchaser" posted something about the fronts not fitting right? whats the deal? do i have to buy the hpi shock body too?!?

im not a fan of mix matching all these shock parts. i think if someone is going to make parts, THEN MAKE THE FREAKIN PARTS!!!!!!!!!

We need those bajampage phatdad kits pronto....I've got them in my MT, my last front end ouchie

I bent the top turnbuckle, bent back the pin retainer and tore the nipple on the plastic one, split the gearbox case and the bottom arm pin came out so arm was flopping around (arm is intact!)...one hell of a whack and the shock is dead straight.

I want another set for my tt that's coming...indestructible!

They're identical except for where they slip into the spring. The Redcat retainer goes further into the spring than the HPI. If your running the longer Redcat shock ends, the HPI's will clear also. If your running SS shafts or Phatdad ends, every retainer, HPI or Redcat will hit the arm.
