Low RPM bog

Was over krash's place this weekend getting my truck prepped to break in the motor and with the carb set at factory settings I am getting a low rpm bog just before the clutch engages once clutch engages it seems ok any 1 got a suggestion on what the bog is from? here is a video.

i cannot here clear but it sound to me like a low lean condition. try giving more fuel at low end.
