Can anyone tell me how to lower my suspension on the losi 5 to on road height?

It very easy look on top of supination arms there is a hole in that hole is a Allen key turn it in and arm will lower take spring tension off with shock collar that makes it easer to turn in

-and if you don't want to do it that way, and possibly stress your chassis tabs, you can add shock limiters to the shock shafts inside the shock bodies. A 1/4 in. dia. plastic pipe cut to the length you want, around the inner shock shaft, will limit the down travel that same length, thus lowering your ride height. Adjust preload on springs to your liking when finished.
