LSF Junk box :(

I used to have all the LSF posts sent to my Hotmail account but now they are going into the junk folder.Anybody know how to get them into the right folder(inbox)

Can you 'open as safe' and depending on mail type, possibly click on the 'wait its safe', or similar?
