There's a program you can buy online for like $25 that will do the math and design for you, you just gotta make it fit and weld it up

JavaPipe is a free download to design a pipe...I am in the final stages of making one for my Scarab deep V boat with a CY 27cc. We'll see if I get anything in the gain dept. and post it up in the boats section.
I am using two aluminum softball bats, not sure if I would be real into the labor intensive process of making one for a 5ive. Wish you all the luck of you try it though, and post pics if you do.
