hi

has anyone done a 4x4 conversion ,if so what parts are compatible , like alloy arms,hubs, gear plate,rear diff holders and hydro brakes,or would all my upgraded parts be useless

most of your bits if not all would be compatible, alloy front uprights, if you have them would not be compatible.

my suggestion is to have a look at the kit. whatever is in there is different from the 2wd model, if youve got upgrades that include any of these bits my guess is they would not be comptaible, arms and brake kits should go on no problem.

i have been following one of your posts of your fg 4x4 for a while, and wondered if the fg conversion is just a baja chassis

the kit is certainly more than just a chassis, check out the pics online and it will all be clear.
