No it wont mate,my Pajero would stand on the rear all day and it had a standard can on it.
It will make a hugh difference what the compression of your engine is and the size of it.
I have seen a 23 wheelie as they tend to rev higher and a member on here called Halifax has a Marder with a 29 in thats insane.
In short,there are alot of things you have to take in.

What gear did you have on the layshaft Voo?

Mine doesn't wheelie either but I seem to remember it having an 18 on the layshaft which wont help but will give it a bit more at the top end. I will have to check and get a 16 banged on!! Who needs top end anyway :clown:
 
I had a 16 layshaft 18 pinion 46 spur 26cc zen red ,clutch spring jetpro pipe on my marder pulled wheelie no prob mate
