That is a monster beetle body, and need no undertray. But you need to add some extra cage posts to the roll cage that go up under the roof. And to make it like original you should add the side alu walls.
 
I have the same shell on mine but no undertray or side guards. You can see the mounting points on the shell - 2 posts at the front on the suspension mount that fix thru the bonnet (or hood!) and 2 posts on the roll cage that fix thru the roof.
 
Yes, a undertray won't fit, and you don't need side guards. You could do with only the 4 post, two front and two rear. If you wan't to use the side posts you need the side guards. Many prefer not to use the side posts as this may rip/crack your body.
On my FG MT I use the side posts, but I have reinforced the side holes with layers of fiber tape.
 
Here is a see through/unpainted body. You can see the two posts going up under the roof, the front posts and the side posts that screws to the side walls/guards.
You will also need to add the front posts going from a Marder to a FG Monster Beetle
