why send payment as a gift ....thats a big no no it just leaves you wide open to being ripped off...NUFF SAID....

Has you mate thought about contacting some one rhys walters (rhys7182) has bought from as there most likely to have a delivery address and contact number in there paypal i see he bought some stickers on the 22nd august


on your mates ebay it should have the item location found it my self

he has been emailing him time and time again , as the item he was selling didnt sell as it was on my mates watch list and when it ended his emailed him about selling the item and my mate has his home address and throught it was ok to do as gift and i did say do it as goods as your covered ,
this rhys walters has emailed to say the item has been delivered and my mates asked for the sign proof and nothing has been emailed back , my mate has now printed all the emails between them and off to the cop station to see where they get with it ,

Sorry to hear that but if he has used paypal he should open a dispute case to get the goods or get a full refund

Your mate should never send as gift, as it clearly states in paypals terms and conditions never send money as gift not even to people you trust. whats his feedback rating score, im sure if you try and contact ebay and paypal they will try sort something out. in the mean time i hope your mate gets his money back.
