The 235 is the same size as the 5805, which is larger than the 5755 and the stock servo. One 235 will get the job done. And you can either buy the aluminum mount that Redcat offers, which would be the easiest option. Or you can work with the stock mount. If you look at the chassis, there should be an extra set of holes in front of the throttle/steering servo mount. Those allow you to fit a bigger servo. You just slide one side of the mount over. You'll have to figure out how to mount the throttle servo, though. Once you move the mount, that top plate will be too short.

Here's the aluminum mount, in case you want to check it out.

Aluminum Servo Mounts for Rampage MT & TT

im running a savox SV-236(single servo, 2 would be overkill), cant say one thing bad about it, it even sounds nice when moving :)

only running it on 6v atmo, and it can dry steer with the MT tyres on no problems(on grass)

i have read some people have had problems with them, but i think its just an unlucky servo sent to them, as ive had no problems with mine n ive run it hard for just over 2 months now :)

i still run the original servos except for the throttle servo which is a traxxas 2075 besides that it's all stock and to me great machine fun every weekend building my second one from the ground up but overall nothing to complain about jut greatfull to have chosen redcat or whatever you whant to call it!

You're taking a risk with that TRX servo, dude. They're junk. I've burned through a few of them. And they have plastic gears. Metal gears are the only way to go in a 5th scale vehicle. A Hitec 5645 is light years better.

Here are some images when im fitting my new servos.

Now I have equipped my Maverick Blackout with two Hitec HS-5765MH, check out the video and enjoy. At the end of the video you can see my custom built headlights. i modified it a little now it`s easier to connect it to the batterypack.

I also changed the air filter. Inside the large filter there is another filter that is replaceable. I hope that more air does the thing.

Another update is the aluminuim Servo saver. wic works great.

now i had a short run with my maverick blackout...I have some problems with the carburator settings ... im going to tune them in later on...

Heres a clip. first clip with the headlight on when im driving.
