MCD Center diff question Help me help us

Does anyone know the length of the lay shaft and the dimensions of the center diff? I will post pics so all can see. I know that a center diff would save our drive train so I will see if it can be done with out major modification. Thanks Kelly

No, not easy. I had MCD's and a Redcat. There is not a easy way, I tried. Gear plate is totally different, height is different, length is different. WAY too much to change. I wanted to go the other way, installing the Redcat stuff in my MCd because the diff's in the MCD SUCK!
 
what about just the lay shaft and the center diff? can we do that I don't want to change gear plates just add the lay shaft and center diff?
