MCD pipe

Had a mate do some mods to a rear mcd pipe for my ramp


after he did the pipe it became obvious that it needed some protection so he made a rear bumper as well.


he also fixed up the rear end with a brace to stiffen it up a bit.


Next on the list is a front bumper and a new rollcage.

Yeah, a couple of good points to this project. Australia huh? All I can picture is plains and plateaus.

Well the brace worked out really well so im going for anouther one up front also going to do a front bumper in stainless to match the rear sould be almost unbrakeaball.


You would be lucky to see a platepus mate ive only seen one and that was in a zoo lol but plains we have plenty of, lots of space for WOT but we also have plenty of bumps and dunes to play on as well.

Ok its been a while so here is an update the pipe and rear bumpper worked out really well so that has encouraged me a little. So i just picked up a few alloy bits to add on and am in the prosses of getting my mate to buil a crome molly cage I know its going to be pritty heavy but this ones going to be mostly for show anyway. Oh and i have also built a new 30.5 to help push it along.

That is the general outline have a lot more to do yet and plenty more pics to come. There are lower parts to be welded on and some nurfe bars pluss the body pannles as well so its a ways off yet.
