Never had any issues with damaged goods, send the pics to Mike and I'm more than certain he'll make it right.

I don't own a MCD but have interest in them. Can you elaborate on what I'm looking at in these photo's?
Looks like there is a chunk missing from the circle piece that locks into the tower uprights. I’d put a file to it and call it a day

The part in the picture is a brake plate and it pretty much a main piece to hold front and back stiffeners together to make the chassis more rigged. The part still functional but I tried to pin point about the quality control of MCD for sending out damaged (if not used) to their distributor dealer ( RCMAX)

If you emailed Mike today bro he should be getting back to you in an hour or so. Its almost time to check emails. He gets back usually first thing in the morning.
Leave that one in the package and get a new support piece and don't file poop. It's a brand new rig and don't blame you for getting upset. Mike will take care of you. Might have to wait a few extra days at worst for parts. I'm sure he'll get some rushed from mcd.- Thread starter

Mike said he won't have a replacement part so he offer a partial refund, I hadn't finish my installation so i will wait for my order part to arrive from Cardinal to see the damage part fitting ok or not.If you emailed Mike today bro he should be getting back to you in an hour or so. no it is only partial refund and i told him no need since the part only $50 ish and i have to wait for the other alloy parts come from cardinal to see it the damage part fitting ok or not. If it have fitting problem with other parts because the damage part then i want replacement or full refund.Bummer, but atleast you got refunded for the damaged part bro.
