I'd always got for a multiplex Rhino for all three although there is a digital metal geared hitec servo that people use, I can't think of the number just now though. It's basically a rhino in hitec clothes.

i use hitec hs 5755mg all round same as rhinos

the 805 servos are too large to fit in the RRv4.

Won't fit.
Use 5755's, Kings Lynne Models have them for approx. £45 each free post!! cheapest I have found.
The 5755 is basically the Rhino but unlike the Rhino they are water and dust proof. When cleaning my V4 I basically spray it all over with Muck Off leave for a few minutes and then spray off using shower head and my servo's work after without fail.
