MCD steering problem

Hi people
am new to forum so a big hello!

I recently bought an mcd rally onroad , 2nd hand.
I Brought the car home checked all the servos steering and throttle and they both seemed to work fine.so later on i decided to take the car apart and clean it while doing so i took the steering servos out to clean as they where really dirty once i had cleaned them up i put them back in but this time when i went to test them the servos would turn as normal but the wheels would only turn a inch or so im not sure if i put them in the wrong way round. if you need some pics or videos i can get you some later on to make it easier to identify the problem

Please can someone help me im totally confused, the servos are still running fine but just don't turn the wheels as they should.

You could try removing the servo horn and see how freely the steering moves.

Perhaps something is catching / binding?

Ive taken the servos out the car and tested them both run freely and work properly, this problem all arrested when i had taken them out to clean they where working fine before that i know its a fault from my part but just wondering has anyone else had this problem its driving me crarzy!!1
