hi all, fancied upgrading my axles and wheels lately.so i got this kit hopeing to put hpi wheels on them......http://www.rossmod.co.uk/product/31211/02_MCD_EVO_12_3_to_V4_Wheel_Conversion_Set_141100S0 when these arrived me an renbarr realised that hpi wheels did not quite work due to not having enough thread to lock them up......well i orderd 2 pairs of hpi rear hexs,,,,, they were 12mm id.. my axel is 10mm..also the mcd hex is 20mm x 24mm with id of 10mm, the hpi is 27mm x 24mm with id of 12mm,so this is what i done...first i found some 12mm 0d 10mm id alloy pipe..cut it to length (29mm) and drilled a 4 mm hole at a 7mm center from one end..
