I've been wondering the same thing

Also, how about the new V4 wheels? I think they have an HPI style hex

I installed a Worx Baja 5b wing on mine but had to drill new mounting holes as the Baja holes were about 1/2" too wide
 
You can make it fit. No need to re-drill holes either. Just make some spacers and use longer screws. The got the TGN wing for the Baja. I used some hard plastic tube for my spacers. This picture is from the back looking under the wing, if it's hard to make out.
