Ok guys I pulled my flywheel off for my new one and while I am at it i wanna do the mesh mod to the case from the inside. what should I use for the mesh any specific Kind? And what sort adhesive would be the best? Shoe Goo is what I was thinking but maybe epoxy well enlighten me and my lack of knowledge please.

One more question? What would a good torque wrench for the job be that's inexpensive thanks

I think the shoe goo would not stand up to the heat. Epoxy sounds too permanent. It would be a pain to get off if you ever had to replace the mesh. Maybe high temp silicone? Im sure others will chime in.

Yes i seen your screen it post. I am wanting crankcase mesh not full out body mesh plus its goin on dune runner I think that would Look strange. So no go on shoe Goo then shucks

You can use aluminum window screen. I've seen guys use JB Weld, Shoe Goo and silicone. They all hold up pretty well.

Clean the surface with some alcohol, as well. If it's dirty, nothing will stick to it.
+1

I use aluminum screen and Permatex Ultra Black on all of my motors and it's held up perfect for years now. :)
