that's not the side mount pipe. I am also considering the cpi pipe if its quiter than the ss pipe or anything quiter than ss pipe

I had a generic jetpro type pipe on my buggy and wanted to quiet it down. I added this jetpro V3 silencer and connected it to my pipe via some spare 1/2" inner diameter heater hose. I just sold a good used mielke side mount pipe for $65 shipped. I have both the CPI pipes standard and big bore. I like them very much but are not any where near as quite as the mielke but do perform better. The SS pipe is not only noisy but is not a whole lot better then the stock can.

Right know my hpi baja ss gets very little run time because the pipe is to loud.
Both my fg are running fg tuned pipes wich are very quiet even quieter than my mugen mbx5t with novarosi 528 with jp2 pipe. When i get the chance ill grab one of these meilke pipes for it.
