Hey guys.. need your help. I am petitioning the City of Cottage Grove to install a dirt race track in the local park system. I am close to getting an approval, however, I need as many signatures as possible in the following petition. Please include your reason(s) why you want a track in the comments field. What, Where and How close are you to getting approval? What type of land is available and where? Sounds real cool but, will the cities insurance cover the venture? Just wondering for future ideas of my own. Most of the tracks I know of here are private owned and mostly on road.
