MOD kill switch

hello all, I am using a noble lite radio and having trouble getting the MOD kill switch to work correctly. I have it bound to the 8-channel FGR8B and does anyone have any experience with installing this kill switch to this receiver .

Mod has 2 versions. V1 can't be used with avc, traction control, etc. You have to shut those off. V2 is different and is basically just shut radio of to kill motor. Mine is on losi 5t 2.0 with spectrum dx5 and non avc reciever. On channel 3 and going on 5 years of abuse. Light should be solid when armed. No light or flashing light, it's got power killed. I use a cheap harbor freight spark plug tester to help figure it out sometimes. Matt should be able to help you out also.

thank you, mine says no AUX on the back of the MOD not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. I am able to get solid red light and my Rovan M5 buggy will start but when I push the button to kill the engine the brake goes on but the engine does not shut off.

Not positive but think you got v2. If I'm correct it's for a 2 channel, no auxiliary switch radio. If you can start buggy shut radio off it should kill motor. Is red button on motor working, and is mod switch connected to it. Check out my threads bug infestation in pa or happy birthday to me, one of those shows how I wired my rovan. Different switch, from primal rc but should be same basically
